Every individual cancer is a unique mosaic of molecular changes. Cure First has developed the PARIS® Test which enables oncologists to match a cancer patient’s tumor to the most effective treatment from more than 210 pharmaceutical options.

PARIS® Test is a personalized search engine for cancer therapies that ranks interventions from the most likely to work to the least likely, by measuring drug response to living tumor cells. The PARIS Test delivers a clinically personalized and actionable report for each patient.

Created by world class physician-scientist Dr. Carla Grandori, there is no comparable platform that combines the level of individualization and high-throughput functionalized testing, clinically applicable to all solid tumors that the PARIS Test does.
